<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December
<br />30, 2005, executed by Todd Friesen, a married person, as Trustor,
<br />in which Mary L. Dickson, a widowed person, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded on January 5, 2006, as Document No. 0200600150, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Rebecca J. Weak,
<br />Power of Attorney for Mary L. Dickson, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TEN (10) JOEHNCK'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
