<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made by and
<br />between Doniphan Golf & Development L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />Trustor, Vincent L .Dowding, attorney at law, as Trustee for Beneficiary, Marlene
<br />Hinrichs, Trustee~and recQn1eg,,01!-M<!y 1Q,2004 in. the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200404659, has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the
<br />property held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the person(s) entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person(s) entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following de scribed property:

<br />West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section One, Township Nine North, Range
<br />Ten West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a certain tract more
<br />particularly described on Plat as Lot 1, Hillcrest Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska recorded in Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 97-104777;

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by said Deed
<br />of Trust recorded as Instrument No. 200404659 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Adams County, Nebraska, and by these presents, said Deed of Trust is hereby fully and
<br />absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
