<br />SATISFACTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
<br />The undersigned, as Assignee under that certain Assignment of Rents ("Assignment") executed
<br />by Betty L. Green and Ralph E. Green, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association, as the result of an acquisition and name change as Beneficiary, dated as of March 17,2003
<br />and recorded on March 24, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200303382, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real
<br />property described in said Assignment of Rents and incorporated herein by this reference. This
<br />Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Assignment of Rents.
