<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KEVIN KRIZ AND MELISSA KRIZ. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated

<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrwnent 200708060 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
