<br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by Michael F. Wieck, an unmarried person, and
<br />Mark J. Wieck, an unmarried person, as Trustors, with Wesley D. Nespor Substitute Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />the Grand Island Area Housing Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 28, 1996 and filed for
<br />record on the 31 st day of May, 1996, and recorded as Instrument 96-104285 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which secured an original indebtedness in an amount up to Twenty Four
<br />Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($24,500.00), and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises:

<br />which has the address of 1003 E. 5th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801, together with all buildings,
<br />fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
