<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by Jerry L. Rapp, Jr., an unmarried person, and
<br />Tammy L. McHugh, an unmarried person, as Trustors, with Wesley D. Nespor Substitute Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of the Grand Island Area Housing Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 12, 1995
<br />and filed for record on the 18th day of December, 1995, and recorded as Instrument 95-10862lin the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which secured an original indebtedness in an amount up to
<br />Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($24,500.00), and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
