<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by Martie V. Compos And Consue10 Campos,
<br />Husband And Wife, as Trustors, with Wesley D. Nespor Substitute Trustee, for the benefit of the Grand Island
<br />Area Housing Corporation, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 25, 1995 and filed for record on the
<br />26th day of October 1995, and recorded as Instrument 95-107295 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which secured an original indebtedness in an amount up to Twenty Four Thousand Five
<br />Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($24,500.00), and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
