<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ASHLEY A ROGERS AND TIMOTHY M ROGERS. WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 14.2008 and recorded FEBRUARY 25.2008 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200801465 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />such premises:
