<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from Eric
<br />McCool & Kerry McCool Trustor(s) for the benefit of Argent Mortgage Company, LLC
<br />dated December 29, 2004 and filed December 29, 2004 at Inst. No. 200412445 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
