<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CARL L WOODS AND GAYLE L WOODS. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 29. 2006 and recorded JULY 10.2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instnunent 200606116 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
