In :3 I >- :0 <br /> C) ~,> U) CD c: <br /> u' i. ? <br /> ,\ N 7" ..:..0 <br /> '0 ):> -.J rn <br /> 1-" --" --" ::t <br /> ...t: <br /> --J (fl <br /> (f) 2: <br /> 0 <br /> <br />N <br />is> <br />is> <br />0:> <br />is> <br />....... <br />CD <br />-...J <br />+:-. <br /> <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />~ <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 10 day of MARCH, 2008 <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br /> <br />IDi6"D <br /> <br />MICHAEL A P ANOWICZ AND PATRICIA M P ANOWICZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE, <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NEI/4SEI/4) OF SECTION ONE (I), TOWNSHIP <br />ELEVEN (II) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SAID SHCITON, WHICH <br />POINT IS 787.6 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4); RUNNING <br />THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1I4) FOR A DISTANCE OF 165 FEET; <br />THENCE RUNNING WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECITON FOR A DSITANCE OF 264 FEET; <br />RUNNING THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 165 FEET; <br />RUNNING THENCE EAST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, FOR A DSITANCE OF 264 FEET TO THE <br />ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JANUARY 5,2007 filed for record on JANUARY 5. 2007 <br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA in DOCUMENT # 0200700151; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED <br />AUGUST 7, 2007 AND RECORDED AUGUST 10,2007 AS DOCUMENT #0200706830; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1. 2008. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
