<br />RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS

<br />The undersigned. as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Rents executed by
<br />Timothy C. Plate. a single person, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK
<br />NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of December 5,2002, and
<br />recorded on December 11, 2002, as Instrument No 200213778 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
