<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a ccrtain
<br />Decd of Trust dated December 3, 2002, wherein Ralph Mecham Craven and Kimberly L.
<br />Craven, Husband and Wife arc the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the
<br />Rcgister of Deeds of lIall County, Nebraska, on December 4,2002, as Instrument No.
<br />200213476 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) BLOCK THREE (3), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES
<br />FOURTH SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By rcason of such default, the undersigned Successor Trustee hereby elects to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December
<br />3,2002, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to
<br />the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation. ~J
