<br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by Cindy S. Mulinix NKA Cindy S. Jensen, Trustor,~1'.
<br />with Wesley D. Nespor Substitute Trustee, for the benefit of the Grand Island Area Housing Corporation, the '(y'
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated August 23, 1996 and filed for record on the 26th day of August 1996, and
<br />recorded as Instrument 96-106671 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br />secured an original indebtedness in an amount up to Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero
<br />Cents ($24,500.00), and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises:
