<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon
<br />O'Neill, Husband and Colleen O'Neill, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November
<br />01, 2007, and recorded November 06, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200709516, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br />request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
