<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 10. 1999 and recorded MARCH 17. 1999 the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #99-102781 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST MODI FICA nON AGREEMENT DATED
<br />AUGUST 6, 2003 AND RECORDED AUGUST 13,2003 AS DOCUMENT # 0200310566 AND AN
<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 6, 2003 AND RECORDED AUGUST 13, 2003 AS
<br />DOCUMENT # 0200310567

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
