<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY

<br />Vera D. Mach, an Unmarried Person, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to FIVE POINTS BANK, ASSIGNEE,

<br />as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee on April 5, 2004 in the amount of
<br />
<br />$19,911.46, with a current Principal balance on February 28, 2008 of $14,153.22, the Contract titled
<br />
<br />"Agreement to Sell Real Estate" filed in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office on November 9, 2006 as
<br />
<br />Document 0200610035, wherein Vera Mach is the Seller and Gerrie Roberson is the Buyer, pertaining to the
<br />
<br />following-described prem ises:
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 309 W 3rd St., Aida, NE 68810.
<br />
<br />W. 75 ft. of E 250 ft of North Y2 Block 4
<br />
<br />Part of Block Four (4) in Brown's Addition to Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, described as beginning at a point
<br />on the North line of said Block Four (4) a distance of Fifty Feet (50') East of the Northwest Corner of said
<br />Block Four (4), thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 150 Feet,
<br />thence Easterly and parallel to the Northerly line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 75 feet, thence Northerly
<br />and parallel to the Westerly line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 150 feet, thence Westerly along and
<br />upon the North line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning.

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $19,911.46, with interest and according to the

<br />provisions of the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional
<br />
<br />Assignment of said Contract will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
