<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from
<br />Roselinda J. Trejo and Thomas Trejo Trustor(s) for the benefit of Decision One
<br />Mortgage Company, LLC dated September 20, 2005 and filed September 26, 2005 as
<br />Inst. No. 200509544 assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
