<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />GREGORY DOBESH, a single person, to Michael L. Johnson, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of AGRICUTURAL SERVICES, INC, a Nebraska corporation, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated December 22, 1995, and recorded December 27, 1995, in the Office of the County
<br />Clerk of Hall, Nebraska as Document No. 95-108906, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Bachman & Lester
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot Five (5); thence
<br />northeasterly along and upon the northwesterly line of said Lots
<br />Four (4) and Five (5), also being the southeasterly line of Second
<br />Street, a distance of Three Hundred Forty and Sixty One
<br />Hundredths (340.61) feet; thence def1ecting 119024'30" and
<br />running southerly, a distance of Four Hundred Forty One and
<br />Eighty Two Hundredths (441.82) feet; thence westerly, parallel
<br />with the south line of said Lot Four (4), a distance of One Hundred
