Mcintosh, an unmarried <br />person and Galen Sears, an unmarried person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Benjamin W.
