<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENtS that in consideration of one dollar and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, TierOne Bank, a federally
<br />chartered savings bank, ("TierOne Bank") does hereby subordinate that certain Deed of Trust recorded
<br />on AUl!:ust 2,2007 in Book _, Page _ Instrument No. 200706625 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deed of Hall County, Nebraska covering the following described real estate:

<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in favor of TierOne Bank ("Lender") upon said real

<br />executed, acknowledged and delivered to Lender as security for a loan obtained by Borrower from
<br />Lender, which loan is evidenced by Borrower's promissory note in the principal sum of$ 126,000.00 .
