<br />excepting a tract of land more particularly described as Schroeder Farms,
<br />a Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska recorded as Document No. 99-107306.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe making or insuring of stIch loan by the Secured Party, the undersigned
