Evans, III and Jennifer C. Evans, husband and wife, to U.S. Bank N.A., Trustee, U.S. Bank N.A., <br />Beneficiary, dated June 30, 2005, and recorded on June 30, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200505984, Mortgage Records has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br /> <br />THAT WHEREAS, Craig A.
