<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Raymond
<br />H. Evans, III and Jennifer C. Evans, husband and wife, to u.S. Bank N.A., Trustee, U.S. Bank N.A.,
<br />Beneficiary, dated June 30, 2005, and recorded on June 30, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200505983, Mortgage Records has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />THAT WHEREAS, Craig A. Knickrehm, attorney at law, was appointed Successor Trustee under
<br />the Deed of Trust pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee dated January 31, 2007, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 0200701023.
<br />
<br />THAT WHEREAS, for valuable receipt US Bank, N.A., did assign its Deed of Trust to State
<br />Resources, Corp., on or about January 15,2008, which assignment of Deed of Trust, Security Agreement,
<br />and Assignment of Rents and Leases was filed in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200800801.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as said Successor Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />Property located at: 917-919 E. 12th Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska 68801.
