<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 33, Sass Second
<br />Subdivision to Hall County, Nebraska; thence Southerly
<br />along and upon the West line of said Lot 33 extended, a
<br />distance of 295.17 feet; thence 0oMsft8Tly easterly and
<br />parallel to the south line of said Sass Second Subdivi-
<br />sion, a distance of 295.17 feet; thence northerly and
<br />parallel to the West line of said Lot 33 extended a
