<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MONTE D SHORT AND CARLA D SHORT. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />APRIL 21. 2006 and recorded MAY 1. 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instnunent 200603757 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
