<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Steven R.
<br />Quandt and Anita V. Quandt, Husband and Wife, Ronald R. Quandt and Doris A. Quandt,
<br />Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated September 3, 2002, and recorded September 13,
<br />2002, Instrument Number 0200209644 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
