<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 14.2006 and recorded DECEMBER 19.2006 the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #
<br />0200611238 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary

<br />EIGHTEENTH STREET IN SAID ADDITION, A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET; THENCE NORTIIWESTERL Y
