<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned as the Successor in Interest to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of
<br />Grand Island being the Mortgage Servicer and holder in due course of the note or notes or other
<br />security agreements secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described;
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned acknowledges that all sums and obligations secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid or satisfied; and
<br />WHEREAS, by Appointment of Substitute Trustee acknowledged September 21, 2007 and
<br />recorded on September 26, 2007 as Instrument No. 200708276 in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, JOHN WOLF, Attorney at Law, a member ofthe Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, was appointed as the Successor Trustee under that Deed of Trust dated April 2, 2003
<br />and filed of record on April 7, 2003 as Instrument No. 200304126 in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, in the place or stead of Trustee originally named therein,

<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove described have been
<br />satisfied and said Trustee has received written request to re-convey the trust property;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, John Wolf, Attorney at Law, a Member of the Nebraska Bar Association in
<br />his capacity as Successor Trustee under the above-described Deed of Trust, herein called the
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness evidenced by such Deed of Trust
<br />received, does hereby release and re-confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein
