<br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that, Sanford Roy Miller and Shyla Miller, husband
<br />and wife,
<br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Matt Lewinski, a single person and Jennifer Tomjack, a single person,
<br />herein called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Seventeen (17), except the South Forty-Nine (49) Feet
<br />of the West Thirty-Three and Six Tenths (33.6) feet in the Original Town,
<br />now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

<br />covenants, easements and restrictions of record; all regular taxes and special assessments,
