The trustor is KATHERINE <br />USASZ, a single woman ("Borrower"). The trustee is Thomas F. Vetters ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Mortgage <br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), (solely as nominee for Lender, as hereinafter defined and Lender's <br />successors and assigns). Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. <br />("Lender") is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware and has an address of 33 West Monroe <br />Street, Chicago, IL 60603.
