<br />APFEL FUNERAL HOME, INC., a Nebraska corporation, formerly known as APFEL-
<br />BUTLER-GEDDES FUNERAL HOME, INC., Grantor, for the purpose of correcting title to
<br />reflect its current identity following the filing of Articles of Amendment to its Articles of
<br />Incorporation with the Nebraska Secretary of State for the purpose of changing its corporate
<br />name, conveys to APFEL FUNERAL HOME, INC., Grantee, the following described real estate:

<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Four (4), Arnold Place, an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that
<br />portion thereof conveyed to The State of Nebraska, Department of Roads by
<br />Warranty Deed dated August 10,2006, and recorded October 3,2006 as
<br />Instrument No. 200608848, described as follows:

<br />A tract of land located in Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Arnold place addition to Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the westerly comer of said Lot 4; thence northea<.1erly along the northwesterly line of
<br />said Lots 4 and 3, a distance of 132.00 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 3; thence
<br />southeasterly along said line deflecting 90 degrees, 08 minutes, 06 seconds right a distance of 2.49
<br />feet; thence southwesterly deflecting 89 degrees, 49 minutes, 55 seconds right a distance of
<br />117.74 feet; thence southerly deflecting 44 degrees, 59 minutes, 37 seconds left a distance of20.17
<br />feet to the southwesterly line of said lot 4; thence northwesterly along said line deflecting 135
<br />degrees, 01 minutes, 36 seconds right a distance of 16.82 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />containing an area of 434. 79 square feet, more or less.

<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same and that it warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
