<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating, Inc., to U.S. Bank N.A., Trustee, U.S. Bank N.A., Beneficiary,
<br />recorded on Decembe.{tJ4, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200311~400, Mortgage Records which Deed of Trust was re-recorded on January 12,
<br />2004, as Instrument No. 200400303, has been partially paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
