<br />u.s. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases (herein known as "Deed of Trust") dated December 5, 2003, and filed December 5, 2003, as
<br />Instrument # 0200315746 and re-recorded on 07/12/2004 as Instrument # 0200406823, of the Mortgage records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska naming Mid-Country Trading, L.L.C. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary,
<br />and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all
<br />obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.

<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
