<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Carl Willard Armstrong and Lori
<br />Jean Armstrong, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One
<br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Ashley A. Rogers and Timothy M. Rogers, wife
<br />and husband, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the
