<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Fast Wendell's, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation; dba Wood
<br />River C Store, Trustor, to The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth,
<br />NE, Trustee, for the benefit of The State Bank of Hildreth,
<br />Hildreth, NE Beneficiary, dated July 13, 2004 and recorded on
<br />July 14, 2004 and recorded as Instrument No. 0200406950 of the
<br />record of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201) :

<br />Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16),
<br />Seventeen (17), and Eighteen (18), Block Twenty-Two (22),
<br />in Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
