'1 ;;.' 200801414 A line located (a) northerly of Government Lot 6 in Section 23, and (b) north and northwesterly of Government Lot 2 in Section 24, both of said sections being located in Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which line is particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4NW1/4) of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and assuming the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4NWl/4) of said Section 25 as bearing N 01009'10" E, and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto; thence N 01009'10" E, on the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4NW1/4) of said Section 25, a distance of 1279.78 feet to the Northwest corner of said Section 25, which point is also the Southeast corner of Government Lot 6 in Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; thence N 00042'43" W, on the East line of Government Lot 6 in said Section 23, a distance of 1447.59 feet to the southerly high bank of the Middle Channel of the Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte River being depicted on the original u.s. Government Survey of Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, which point is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence leaving the southerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the Platte River, and proceeding N 24032'52" W a distance of 1468.74 feet, more or less, to the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located north of both Government Lot 6 in Section 23, and Government Lot 2 in Section 24, all in Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which point is the point of termination.
