<br />200801413 <br /> <br />channel of the Platte River located north of <br />both Government Lot 6 in Section 23, and <br />Government Lot 2 in Section 24, all in Township <br />9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which point is <br />the point of termination <br /> <br />(said line being hereinafter referred to as "the Crane Trust/Suck <br /> <br />Boundary Line") . <br /> <br />3. The Crane Trust/Suck Boundary Line, as extended <br /> <br />northwesterly if and as necessary to at any time hereafter reach <br /> <br />the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located <br /> <br />north of both Government Lot 6 in Section 23, and Government Lot 2 <br /> <br />in Section 24, all in Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th <br /> <br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, shall be and remain the <br /> <br />boundary line separating the Platte River accretion lands <br /> <br />constituting a portion of the Crane Trust Land from the Platte <br /> <br />River accretion lands constituting a portion of the Suck Land, <br /> <br />regardless of any future change or changes in the Platte River due <br /> <br />to accretion and/or reliction. <br /> <br />4. The Crane Trust shall forthwith execute, acknowledge and <br /> <br />deliver to Suck a quitclaim deed in the form and content of that, a <br /> <br />copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A", and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein. Suck shall forthwith, upon <br /> <br />such delivery, cause such deed to be filed for record in the office <br /> <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />4 <br />
