<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by James
<br />Scott Zana, Trustee as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated as of October 27,2004 and recorded on October 28,2004 as Document No.
<br />0200410526 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and
<br />reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and
<br />interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust and
<br />incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the
