<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JEREL L ROSS AND KATHERINE M ROSS. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack. Trustee. for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 21. 4QQ1_ and recorded MARCH 2.2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200701588 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
