<br />Holmes, Husband and Wife as Trustor to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Superior Mortgae, Inc. the beneficiary named therein, dated July 8th, 1982 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book nla, Page nla or Instrument Number 82~002800 and Beneficial Interest in
<br />said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska
<br />Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded July 15th, 1982 in Book nla, Page nla or Instrument Number 82-
<br />002935 has been paid: and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
