Stubbs, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 14, 2000 as Instrument <br />No. 0200003026, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots Nine (9) and Eleven (11), Block Fifteen (15), University Place, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said <br />Deed of Trust when due.
