<br />ENGELKER. A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated September 22,
<br />2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book n/a Page n/a or
<br />Instrument Number 200007848 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and
