<br />of Rents and Leases herein referred to as "Deed of Trust" dated December 19, 2003, and filed December 24,2003, as
<br />Document# 200316400 and rerecorded Document# 200400303, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />naming Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating Inc, as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in part by said Trustor of part of the
<br />obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby partially reconvey to said Trustor
<br />the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />LOT ONE (1), PREISENDORF SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />Such partial reconveyance is given subject to part of the existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not
