<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jerry L
<br />Simonds and Juanita Simonds, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April 02, 2004, and recorded Aprul 05, 2004 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200403305, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of
<br />vacated Ninth Street as shown in Ordinance No. 6112, filed July 14, 1977 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office as Document No. 77-003926."
