No. T 100 (the "Subordinated Instrument") covering <br />real property located at 610 E 11th Street, Wood River in the above.named county of Hall. State <br />of Nebraska as more particularly described in the Subordinated Instrument (the "Property"). <br /> <br />Lot 14, excepting East 35 feet thereof and all of Lot 13, Block 12, Brett & Johnson's <br />Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall Connty, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust/mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument").
