<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudy L Olivo and
<br />Sharon M Olivo, Husband and Wife as original Trustor to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of Principal Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded May 10, 2004, in the mortgage records in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page Instrument
<br />0200404642 The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the
<br />Mortgage and all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 1311 N Grand Island
<br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />appoints and substitutes Barbara Mueller as Trustee in lieu of the Trustee
<br />therein.

<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Barbara Mueller hereby accepts
<br />said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee.
