<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 11th, 2003 executed by Pedro Fernandez Contreras
<br />and Guadalupe Jimenez Fernandez, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200310570, on the 13th
<br />day of August, 2003, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE (141) IN UNION PACIFIC
<br />RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
