<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />MAY 2. 2007 and recorded MAY 14. 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrwnent 200703886 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
