<br />undivided 30.6634% interest; Brian C. Malk, Trustee of the Brian C. Malk Trust dated February 3, 1981,
<br />as to undivided 24.3366% interest; Peter A. Zarcades, Trustee ofthe Peter A. Zarcades Separate Property
<br />Trust Dated October 29, 1980 as may be amended from time to time, as to an undivided 35.0000%
<br />interest; J. Gerald Lipschitz and Ann F. Lipschitz, husband and wife, as community property, as to an
<br />undivided 5.0000% interest; and Brian C, Malk as Trustee of the Smith Family Trust, as to an undivided
<br />5.0000% interest as Trustor, to Ticor Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for Standard Insurance
<br />Company, an Oregon corporation as Beneficiary, recorded on December 23, 1997, as Instrument No. 97-
<br />110832 in thc Real Property Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and by the Assignment of
<br />Lessor's Interest in Leases recorded as Instrument No. 97-110833 in the aforesaid Real Property Records,

<br />HEREBY APPOINT StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC, in place of the trustee mentioned above or any
<br />trustee since substituted.

<br />above does hereby grant and reconvey unto the parties entitled thereto without warranty, all the
<br />estate and interest now held by said Substituted Trustee under said Deed of Trust as the same relates
<br />to the property to be reconvcyed as described above.
